Our story

Roberto Cisneros came to the U.S. with one plan: to build something of his own. Starting out in the industry, he saw exactly how homeowners shouldn't be treated: quoted one price and billed another, left with temporary fixes, and stuck cleaning up the crew's mess.

In 1999, Roberto founded Diamond Plumbing to change the standard. He built the company on five unbreakable rules: integrity, always. Clear pricing, every time. Fix it right the first time. Show up, no excuses. Leave it spotless.

When his son Chris joined the family business in 2019, those five rules were already the standard. Chris took on the next big challenge: the customer experience. He integrated new tools to keep you in the loop with real-time updates and fast answers, so you're never left waiting and wondering.

He also expanded the business and our capabilities. We know a leak is rarely just a leak; it often means water damage, mold, and drywall repair. Today, our team handles the entire process from start to finish, so you only ever have to make one call.
